[I am not certain of the correct months on these entries, but I think they were all from July, some are only partial entries]

Sleep evades me.
Always leaning into my head are new ideas and plans.
Why cant it ever just be quiet?
But you know i know silence won't comfort me..
I'm still tossing and turning through this tragedy called life.
Wasting time sleeping is like *dying too young*.
Ya, we all try...... but some of us have to survive.
So were punished with restless anxiety.
eager eyes darting as our greasy
fingers run through our hair until it becomes matted with nervousness.
I try to make sense of this non-sense.
But it's useless.
Sleep depravation?
Masturbation?
World Domination...
Gimmie something to conquer..

My friends sleep in the rooms down the hall
My wife sleeps in the bed next to me
My children sleep and dream of growing up
I can't sleep and dream of being a child
Maybe it isn't so bad...
I ve always got you...

july 18? 2 pm
just cracked the curtians in the hotel room. its time for interviews....yeah. im really looking forward to the show tonight. weve been off for two days. now that was a weird feeling..haha i swoke up to over 300 e mails this morning. damn,you fucking crueheads are whacked. it was so great doing rockline with mars,sam and randy last night. what a motley crew...
